Theater/Parking Lot Rental
The Village Players playhouse is available for rental by members and non-members. Individuals and organizations can rent the auditorium and additional items such as the use of the kitchen, our ticketing system and our technical systems, such as lighting and sound and VP staff to run the box office.
Our theater features the following amenities:
- Auditorium Seating for 208
- Bright, open lobby
- Separate makeup and dressing rooms
- A green room
- Theatrical Lighting and Sound (for an additional fee)
- A full-service kitchen (for an additional fee)
- A computerized ticketing system (for an additional fee)
- A private parking lot and free, city parking
- Wi-fi
General Pricing:
- Theater rental (All days and evenings of the week)
- Member in Good Standing – $250*
Member in Good Standing for a Memorial Service – No Charge*
Non –member – $750*
*A cleaning fee (approximately $65—can change if charges change) will be added for cleaning after the event. Should a party desire the theater to be cleaned before the event, an additional cleaning fee charge will be added.

Diners Discount Program
Our BVP Diners Discount Program will pay for itself in no time! Enjoy 15% off your bill at our exclusive partner restaurant – Hazel’s! Hazel’s is conveniently located across from BVP on the southwest corner of Woodward Ave. and Maple (entrance on Peabody Street.).
How to get a card…
- This program is complimentary for all Season Ticket Holders; it will be mailed with your tickets.
- This program is complimentary for all Active Members; just stop by the Box Office to pick up your complimentary card.

Leave a legacy with the Village Players. Legacy gifts are an excellent tax and estate planning tool and are recognized on our lobby wall. Benefit Performances
Village Players’ Benefit Performances offer a fantastic and fun fundraising opportunity. Here’s how it works: Your organization purchases the seats to a performance (other than a public performance date) at a discounted price. Your organization then resells the tickets to raise funds. Fun for your supporters, financially beneficial for your organization!
