Eileen White, President

Eileen has been actively involved in community theatre for the past 35 years. She has served on the Board of several local community theatres but currently makes her home at Village Players. Some of her favorite on-stage roles include Aida in Over the River and Through the Woods, Cookie in Rumors, Ouiser in Steel Magnolias and Gingy in Love, Loss and What I Wore. Backstage she has produced, directed, handled props, set design, set decoration and box office. She is the chairperson of the fundraising committee and is the primary grant writer for Village Players. She has directed Moon Over Buffalo and Plaza Suite for Village and is directing Lend Me A Tenor this season. She is a past president of our Board of Directors. Eileen, who is a retired civil servant, has a Communications and Marketing degree from Central Michigan University.

Bryan Conroy, House and Grounds Chair

Bryan Conroy has been a member since 1998, and he’s been on the board of trustees and manager of House & Grounds for several years. Bryan has an undergraduate degree from Wayne State University, and a masters degree from Michigan State University. He is an actor who has produced over a dozen shows and is part of the set building team.




Mark Carley, Member-at-large

Mark has been a member of Village Players for over 30 years, and has directed Crimes of the Heart, Guys and Dolls, How to Succeed in Business, Kiss Me Kate, and many more. His stage appearances include Pack of Lies and Raisin in the Sun. Mark enjoys stage managing and has served as Village Players Treasurer three times. He recently retired from a career as a corporate training and process improvement manager and is now enjoying part-time substitute teaching.



Jillian Fredrick, Member-at-large

Jillian has been a lover and performer of theater for over 30 years. She enjoys being on the stage as well as working backstage and learning all there is to know! She is excited to bring in the 100th season of Birmingham Village Players and share the magic of performing arts with the community. Jillian also serves on the Board of Directors at BVP. She loves reading and cooking and working out. She lives with her husband, son and 2 labs in Macomb Twp.
