This play gives a fictional account of the lives of composers Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Antonio Salieri, imagining a rivalry between the two in 18th century Vienna.  This Tony Award-winning play was adapted into a highly successful film which won eight Oscars including Best Picture.
