Diversity Statement

Village Players would like to state that we stand with Black Lives Matter and support the LGBTQ+ .  Social justice, fairness and dignity are important values for our society, which includes the performing arts.  Village Players is committed to embracing diverse BIPOC (black, indigenous, and people of color) and gender-inclusive themes and stories that reflect the diversity of our community onstage.   We are also committed to encouraging and supporting the diversity of our membership, both on and offstage, by providing opportunities for casting, directing, producing, and more.
